Ingredientes:

  • Feijão branco: 1 kg
  • Aceitunas pretas: 50 gramas
  • Cebola: 1 unidade
  • Pimenta-do-reino
  • Sal

Método:

Start by washing the feijão branco thoroughly in cold water. Drain and set aside. Fry a finely chopped cebola until translucent, then add the drained beans and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer for about an hour or until the beans are soft.

Season with salt, pimenta-do-reino, and add the aceitunas pretas at the end of cooking. Stir gently to combine all flavors. The feijão branco is now ready to be served hot!
