  • Dough Ingredients: 500g of all-purpose flour, 1 packet of yeast, warm water, olive oil, salt.
  • Toppings: Choose your favorite ingredients such as mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, spinach, and tomato sauce.

To start, mix the flour, yeast, salt, and a little bit of olive oil in a large bowl. Gradually add warm water until you form a soft dough. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes. The dough does not need to rest; proceed immediately to shaping.

Flatten the dough into circles, place your chosen toppings on one half, and fold over to create half-moon shapes. Press the edges firmly with a fork to seal in the fillings. Bake them in an oven preheated at 200°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.

Tips: To ensure your calzones are crispy on the outside and juicy inside, brush them lightly with olive oil before baking.
